This is the Urban Bliss Yoga Studio, located at 20600 N. Main St, Cornelius, NC 28031 in the Lake Norman area, just north of Charlotte, NC Yoga Studios.
The Urban Bliss Yoga Studio offers Yoga and Pilates Classes. Hot Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Modified Primary Series, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Pre-natal yoga, Kids Yoga to name a few.

Lake Norman Yoga is owned and operated by Elizabeth "Lizzy" Hoffmann who also teaches the 200 hour, Yoga Alliance approved Yoga teacher Training
