There are two options for teacher training .
1- Weekends (Sat –Sun 12-6pm then a daily 1.5 hr practice)
2- Weekdays (Monday/Wednesday plus daily1.5 hr practice)
We believe that Yoga should be accessible to all which is why we keep the price of our Lake Norman Yoga Teacher Training as low as it is.
We offer weekday Yoga teacher training options as well as weekend options.
The Urban Bliss 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance approved and after passing the final exam, you will be able to request your RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher certifiate) from the Yoga Alliance. You will be qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga or the modified primary series.
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training consists of daily Yoga Practice at a time that the students agree on the first day and Saturday and Sunday Classes, usually from 12pm to 6pm on both days.

Charlotte Yoga Teacher Training teaches the Modified Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Slow Flow Yoga. After having taken the Charlotte Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Alliance approved, you will have all the tools necessary to create and develop your own Yoga Classes and teach them in Yoga Studios anywhere in the world. The Urban Bliss School of Yoga is located in Cornelius by Lake Norman Yoga Studios and serves the greater Charlotte area including the towns of Huntersville, Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver, Sherrills Ford, Statesville and surrounding area.
