Yoga for Athletes: Relax for Peak Performance
Saturday, March 28, 2009, 2–4 p.m.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll examine how to use yoga to help us relax for peak performance. We’ll practice breath exercises and moderate-to-gentle poses, especially hip openers, to see how to direct our energy most efficiently, getting maximum effect from minimum effort. Fully appropriate for those at all levels of yoga experience, including triathletes racing at MAP on Sunday.
