Venice, Florida from October 10 - 18.

This is an amazing opportunity for all Yoga Practitioners that want to get ready for the winter and detox their bodies! You will learn how to eat healthy vegetarian and vegan foods, which detox your bodies and help you lose weight. Lizzy will be showing you how to prepare those healthy meals so that you can easily make them at home.
You should only come to this yoga retreat in Venice, Florida if you are ready to eat as healthy as you have ever eaten and learn all about Vegetarianism and Veganism.

The lectures and two daily Yoga classes will be held at the 4 bedroom villa. Vegetarian and Raw Vegan Food will be prepared and served daily by Lizzy in the kitchen of the 4 bedroom villa. Day excursion to the Warm Mineral Springs, (only 15 minutes from the retreat center) where the water is always 87 Degrees warm.
Transportation is Not Included. Car pooling may be available. Venice is a 10 hour drive from Lake Norman, NC
