My Girlfreind and I found Lizzy thru the Interent and traveled from Destin, Florida to take her Class....We knew that this would be a wonderful experience and it was in many ways ....Lizzy is the most supportive, patient person and she really cares for everyone on an individual basis. I took Lizzy's Yoga teacher training with three other very special ladies last August, 2008 in Hollywood, Florida. The experience went beyond what I expected to learn, both about the art of Yoga, myself and what I thought where my limitations.

Without a second of hesitation, this is the place for anyone who maybe thinking about a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification! The work is hard and intense. The knowledge gained is a gift.

I took Lizzy's yoga teacher training in the fall of 2008. It was so much more than I imagined it would be. I was extremely impressed with Lizzy's ability to answer questions, explain ideas, give positive feedback, critique and yet inspire in a loving environment. She is passionate about what she does and continually motivates her students. If you are even remotely interested in the yoga world, physically, mentally and spiritually, I would highly recommend Lizzy's teacher training class as you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful experience! Lizzy is a very intuitive teacher with a heart of gold. The girls on my training were all amazing too. One of the meanings of yoga, is to unite and that is exactly how we all felt at the end of this course. United in every sense. Sat nam!

I just wanted to share my Teacher Training experience with Lizzy...it was the most inspiring experience i have ever had! Her love for yoga and her students is so evident...i took this class to deepen my yoga practice, will teach one day i am sure, but it was so wonderful to learn YOGA! the history, the philosophies, anatomy and the proper way to breathe into a pose! if you love yoga this is a wonderful class to take. and i made some wonderful new friends. thanks lizzy! you know i love you!
