This was one of the greatest times I've had in a long time, although I am extremely exhausted i cxant say that i don't feel great, both my body and mind are just so much more "open", to new meals and well i guess to new things just i general, at least now i can scratch the back of my knees.... lol... The retreat was great, the people where all friendly and full of good spirit, the food was a first for me, but at least i got to rediscover some old tastes. all in all it was just

AWESOME

Everyone should experience certain things in life. This retreat is one of them. I have learned to accept things without judgement, being confortable within the stillness of my soul.

I have taken responsiblity of my life to a higher level by making better judgement on how now eat.

Thank you Lizzy and Oliver for making me grow a little more this past week!

The retreat was a huge step in my journey toward mental, spiritual and physical health. It really connected a lot of the dots in the picture for me. Everything about nutrition, spirituality, etc.. makes more sense now. I feel great. I have lost around 8-10 lbs, got a jump start on kicking the cigarette habit, stronger in the mind and body. Yoga works on emotional issues as well. Awesome!
