The retreat was great, the people where all friendly and full of good spirit, the food was a first for me, but at least i got to rediscover some old tastes. all in all it was just AWESOME

It really connected a lot of the dots in the picture for me. Everything about nutrition, spirituality, etc.. makes more sense now. I feel great. I have lost around 8-10 lbs, got a jump start on kicking the cigarette habit, stronger in the mind and body. Yoga works on emotional issues as well. Awesome!
