We have designed this 300 yoga teacher training to build upon and deepen the fundamental concepts taught at a 200 hr yoga teacher training.
Our 300 yoga teacher training prepares trainees to teach principles and techniques of yoga that are more advanced, more detailed, maybe even subtler, this training enables you to teach with greater skill than could be expected from a 200 hr yoga teacher training program.
We believe strongly in going beyond mainstream thought of what yoga is, and teach the teacher skill on how to ”teach the person in front of them “
In this instagram /social media world in which we live in,we believe a teacher should be teaching for the student and not the instagram shot itself.
