Unlike many online programs, our Online Yoga Teacher Training features live, interactive sessions rather than pre-recorded content, so you’ll be learning in real time, directly engaging with your instructor and fellow trainees. September: 12, 13, 14 & 26, 27, 28
October: 10, 11, 12 & 24, 25, 26
November: 7, 8, 9 & 14, 15, 16

Session Times:
Fridays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
