Hollowback Pincha Mayurasana
In this variation of pincha mayurasana, we are adding a backbend and a gaze shift into the pose. The neck goes from a state of extention to a neutral and relaxed position. The key to this pose is to really root down & externally rotate through the forearms, draw the chest foward, and bend one of the legs slightly toward the chest to counterbalance, while extending powerfully through the back leg. This is an asana that gives you a limitless feeling and a powerful charge of energy!
